Our products are handmade - made to order just for you. We ship 5-10 business days after purchase.
Please measure correctly before submitting your order.
If you receive a defective/damaged order, please send us an email within 48 hours of delivery.
We are unable to change your address after your order is submitted.
FRIQABEADZ is not responsible for delays, loss of packages and damages of packages once they have been scanned as accepted by USPS.
When FRIQABEADZ ships your package, it leaves our warehouse and it is in the possession of the United States Post Office. FRIQABEADZ is not responsible for what happens to the package once it is handed over to them.
If you decline/deselect the option to add insurance to your order, this means that you are aware and agree that if your package is lost/stolen/damaged while in transit to you - that loss is at the fault of yourself and not FRIQABEADZ because you decided to decline the protection that was offered to you at checkout.
You are required to accept the terms and conditions of our website PRIOR to submitting your payment information and order. That also includes the policies listed on this page. There is no way to avoid accepting the terms at checkout!
If you purchase insurance/package protection or upgrade to Priority Shipping during checkout, we will be more than happy to assist with filing a claim, reshipping the order and/or issuing a refund.
